charset=windows-1252">Access to the webpage is restricted Error

Hello,

I have generated .HAR file using webpagetest.org and I was viewing the performance trends using HAR Storage at http://harstorage.com/. But it is not displaying the performance trends. It says

charset=windows-1252">Access to the webpage is restricted Error

Attached is the screen shot when I upload .HAR file to HAR Storage with the above error.

What might be the reason for this?
