Has anyone tested free image CDN provided by Sim so dep Ltd for Indochina?

Today i received an email from Sim so dep (http://www.sodepabc.com), they advertise their new free image + css CDN for Indochina countries only. Has anyone known this company? Or anyone knows a good cheap CDN provider in Asia since most of my clients are Asian only.
